वर्तमान शोध का उद्देश्य मल्टीमीडिया शिक्षण और पारंपरिक शिक्षण पद्धति के बीच छात्रों की शैक्षिक उपलब्धियों की तुलना करना है। शिक्षा में तकनीकी विकास ने शिक्षण के विभिन्न आयामों को प्रभावित किया है, जिसमें मल्टीमीडिया उपागम विशेष रूप से छात्रों की समझ, ध्यान और स्मृति को सशक्त करने में सहायक साबित हुआ है। इस अध्ययन में रायगढ़ जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों के छात्रों को नमूना के रूप में लिया गया। शोध में प्रयोगात्मक पद्धति अपनाई गई, जिसमें दो समूहों का निर्माण किया गया: एक समूह को मल्टीमीडिया शिक्षण पद्धति के माध्यम से शिक्षित किया गया और दूसरे समूह को पारंपरिक शिक्षण पद्धति के माध्यम से। छात्रों की शैक्षिक उपलब्धियों का आंकलन प्री-टेस्ट और पोस्ट-टेस्ट के माध्यम से किया गया। आंकड़ों का विश्लेषण सांख्यिकीय विधियों जैसे t-टेस्ट और औसत स्कोर तुलना द्वारा किया गया। परिणामों से स्पष्ट हुआ कि मल्टीमीडिया पद्धति से अध्ययन करने वाले छात्रों ने पारंपरिक पद्धति से अध्ययन करने वाले छात्रों की तुलना में उच्च शैक्षिक उपलब्धि प्राप्त की। इस शोध से यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि मल्टीमीडिया शिक्षण शैक्षि

डिजिटल तकनीक ने शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में शिक्षार्थियों को उनकी गति, रुचि और आवश्यकता के अनुसार सीखने की स्वतंत्रता प्रदान की है, जिसमें स्व-अधिगम प्लेटफॉर्मों की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो गई है। YouTube, DIKSHA, SWAYAM तथा Khan Academy जैसे डिजिटल मंच आज शिक्षार्थियों के अध्ययन व्यवहार का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बन चुके हैं। प्रस्तुत अध्ययन का उद्देश्य उच्च माध्यमिक स्तर के शिक्षार्थियों की स्वतंत्र अध्ययन आदतों पर स्व-अधिगम प्लेटफॉर्मों के प्रभाव का अध्ययन करना है। इस शोध के लिए दरभंगा जिले के पाँच प्रखंडों से स्तरीकृत यादृच्छिक नमूना विधि द्वारा 250 शिक्षार्थियों का चयन किया गया। आँकड़ों के संग्रह हेतु प्रश्नावली, अर्ध-संरचित साक्षात्कार तथा प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन का प्रयोग किया गया। प्राप्त आँकड़ों के विश्लेषण हेतु t-परीक्षण, एकदिशीय ANOVA तथा प्रतिशत विधि का उपयोग किया गया तथा प्रश्नावली की विश्वसनीयता Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.86) द्वारा सुनिश्चित की गई। अध्ययन के निष्कर्षों से ज्ञात हुआ कि स्व-अधिगम प्लेटफॉर्मों का नियमित उपयोग करने वाले शिक्षार्थियों में आत्म-प्रेरणा, जिज्ञासा तथा स्व

This study aims to analyze the level of customer awareness regarding GST charges applied on credit card transactions, with special reference to Coimbatore City. After the implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST), various charges related to credit card usage such as annual fees, interest charges, late payment fees, and service charges are subject to GST. Many credit card users are unaware of these charges, which may affect their satisfaction and usage behavior.
The study is based on primary data collected from credit card users in Coimbatore City through a structured questionnaire, along with secondary data obtained from journals, websites, and reports. ABSTRACT
Bituminous Concrete (BC), a composite material used in flexible pavement construction, is mostly utilized in parking lots, airports, road covering projects. It is made up of mineral aggregate and asphalt or bitumen (used as a binder), which are combined, spread out in layers,& then compacted.
These days, the constant increase in heavy commercial vehicle traffic and the wide range of daily and seasonal temperatures place us in a difficult position where we must come up with some ideas for improving the pavement's quality and characteristics by implementing the necessary changes that will meet both strength and cost considerations. Plastics are pervasive in modern life and are expanding quickly everywhere, especially in emerging nations like India. The handling of these solid wastes is a significant challenge to society because they are not biodegradable. It has been discovered that bitumen can be effectively modified with low density polyethylene.

Men and women without much knowledge about traditional finance, have been drawn to cryptocurrencies as a novel way to invest. Because the cryptocurrency market is very volatile, not regulated, information spreads rapidly on social media and trades can happen any time, it has become a place where behavioral biases thrive. The authors tried to discover through experiments how behavioral biases played a role in influencing decisions to invest in bitcoin.
In this study, four major biases—overconfidence, herding, loss aversion and anchoring—are studied through concepts from behavioral finance. Doing bitcoin investor research, the research combined examination of social network chatter with a survey of 500 active bitcoin users. Demographic trends indicate that the number of older females have been increasing dramatically each year. Consequently, there is a growing economically and socially deprived older population. Elderly women suffers as she is female as well as old. The sex ratio of the elderly was 938 women to 1000 men in 1971 which was increased to 1033 in 2011 and further increase by ageing women, frequently exaggerated by widowhood and complete dependency. Old women experience isolation destitution, financial and emotional insecurity.
